Local and imported fresh fruit, cut for your convenience.
Availability of some fruit will depend on the season.

Cold Deli Style Meat

Locally smoked leg ham, oven roasted turkey breast and roast beef, with condiments. Salami may also be added on request.

We have a large range of individual quiches that are great for lunch, or serve them with a fresh salad

Roasted Pumpkin & Macadamia Tarts

Oven roasted pumpkin mixed with baby spinach, macadamia nuts, parmesan cheese and our egg custard.

Ricotta & Pumpkin Frittata

Fresh ricotta mixed with roasted pumpkin, red capsicum, Spanish onion, basil pesto, eggs and fresh basil.

Vegetable Frittata

Loaded with vegetables, this frittata is a meal in 1 slice. Our frittata boasted a selection of zucchini, capsicum, carrot, spring onion, potato, cheese eggs and parmesan.

Pumpkin & Ricotta Rolls

A delicious blend of roasted pumpkin, ricotta, herbs and spices wrapped in puff pastry

Honey, Macadamia and Chicken rolls

Chicken thigh fillet rolled over roasted macadamia nuts and local honey.

Salads are also a popular option in our deli bar.

With such a large range of salads to choose, you are welcome to combine a variety of salads into our takeaway containers.

We also offer our “Choose your own mix” selection. Come into the store to find out more.

For catering purposes, we offer the salads by the kilo price. Refer to our catering menu.

 

Classic bean Salad

(gluten free)
A variety of 5 beans, julienne carrot, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, parsley with a balsamic dressing.

Sweet potato and bean

(gluten free)
Slow roasted sweet potatoes, caramelised Spanish onions, green beans, parsley served with a slightly spicy balsamic and sweet chilli dressing.

Basil Pesto pasta

Bow tie pasta coated with basil pesto, combined with a selection of red and green capsicums, baby spinach, creamy feta cheese and locally roasted macadamia nuts.

Asian style brown rice

Long grain rice marinated in a mixture of soy, sweet soy, sesame oil, garlic and ginger mixed with corn, zucchini, capsicum, mushrooms, carrots and shallots.

 

Fresh Coleslaw

Hand cut fresh drumhead and red cabbage, red capsicum, green capsicum, julienne carrot, spring onions, celery mixed with a creamy coleslaw dressing.

Caeser Salad

Local baby cos lettuce, crispy bacon, egg and shaved parmesan cheese served with our special Caesar salad dressing.

Potato with Crispy Bacon

Boiled chat potatoes served with crispy bacon, celery, spring onions and served with our own mustard creamy dressing.

Beef Lasagna

Traditional lasagna. It is what it is! Lasagna, made with bolognaise sauce, pasta sheets and a creamy, cheesy béchamel sauce.

Vegetable Lasagna

Layers of roasted pumpkin, home made tomato sauce, pasta, cheesy ricotta, wilted garlic spinach and béchamel. Simple, but delicious.

Cottage Pies

Made on a base of beef mince, combined with carrot, peas, corn, a variety of sauces and freshly made creamy mashed potato.

Beef and Bean Burritos

Tex mex style of lean beef mince and tomatoes, mixed with red kidney beans, mild salsa and grated tasty cheese

Sri Lankan Chicken Curry

Bit like a butter chicken, but we use coconut cream to sweeten our curry. Adam’s, Dad’s, Mum’s recipe. Yum!

This is meat and potatoes, Indian style.
The meat is slowly cooked in our spices, lots of pepper and the cooked potatoes are added to thicken the mix.

Thai Style Green Curry

A Thai green curry with a twist.
Traditional green curry flavour with added sliced water chestnut and bamboo shoots. This one has a bit of a bite to it.
